We never want that price to increase, regardless of inflation or any other economical issue that may come our way.

For every referral you send our way that signs up, you'll earn commission, starting at 15%, and going as high as 25%! That's for the lifetime of the member, not a one-time payment! Every month or year they renew, you get paid. If 9 of your referrals sign up, you're making more than what you are paying to be a member yourself.

Stages of the Commission Plan
There are eleven stages of the commission plan, starting at 15%. After every five referrals that sign up, you move up a stage and earn an extra 1%. This allows you to earn bonuses as more of your colleagues sign up. As an additional thank you, once you move up you can't move back down. Even if your referrals decide not to renew each month or each year, you did the leg work to get them in, so you get rewarded for it by staying in the current stage you're at. It's up to us to keep them engaged, learning, and growing, and that shouldn't negatively impact your earning potential.

STAGE 11: 25% Commission (Cap)
All sign-ups starting with signup #51, earn $191.92 per sign-up. The commission is always 25% and there is no limit on the number of sign-ups.
The commission percentages above are for the $997/year membership. Please note, percentages are calculated after we deduct 3% credit card processing and 20% for growth (maintenance, administrative, technology upgrades, guest instructor payouts, etc.). This allows us to keep adding more to the site without raising prices.
Basic Legal Info
(Full agreement when you sign up)
Length of Contract: Lifetime of Member. As long as they renew, you receive commission pay for their renewals.
Commission Percentages: Commission begins on the day of sign-up and qualifies for the current month.
- Example 1: Member signs up on January 1st: Commission is activated for all of January.
- Example 2: Member signs up on January 31st: Commission is activated for all of January.
Commission Pay-out: Commission is calculated on the 1st of the upcoming month, and paid on the 5th of the month, after a 14 day pending period. The 14 day pending period is to make sure the member's first payment clears and there are no refunds requested. Payout begins at 15% commission.
- Example 1: Member signs up on January 1-15: Commission is activated for January with the first payout on February 5th.
- Example 2: Member signs up on January 16-31: Commission is activated for January with the first payout on March 5th, and includes both January and February commission.
Commission Upgrades: The commission structure is in stages of five sign-ups, starting at 15% commission. Upon the 6th sign-up, your commission is 1% higher for the next stage of five sign-ups. The commission upgrades are active for all renewals, capped at 25% commission. Commission percentage upgrades are stacked. This means all previous sign-ups receive the upgrade as well.
- For example, you have 5 referrals that have signed-up. On the 6th referral that signs up, all 6 receive the 1% upgrade, not just the 6th one. If you have a member cancel their renewal, you are still locked into the current stage you are at. The commission for the cancelled member is stopped, but you stay in the current stage. Commission structure is based on lifetime sign-ups and any cancellations are due to our operations and not your ability to sell. Commission percentages only go up. You can't go back down to a previous percentage.
- Example 1: 8 members have signed-up from your referrals. You are currently earning 16% commission on all 8 members. You will continue earning 16% on the next two sign-ups. On the 11th sign-up, you will begin earning 17% commission on all 11 members.
- Example 2: 8 members signed-up, but 2 cancelled this month. You are currently earning 16% commission on all 8 members, including the two cancellations. You will continue earning 16% commission on the next two sign-ups, plus on the 6 active members. On the 11th sign-up, you will begin earning 17% commission on the 9 active members.
Transparency: On the 5th of each month, you will receive your pay, your pay structure breakdown, and every member listed with their start date, as either NEW (Commission started), NEW (Commission start date), RENEWAL, or CANCELLATION. We want full transparency for the payout process.
